Joe’s desire for writing started when he started writing his standup material.  From there, he would be commissioned to write for other standups and moved into sketch writing.  Although he is at home writing comedy, he also loves the dramatic which he discovered while working on developing two new dramatic pilots with a fellow writer.
 
All of this happened even though, his fourth grade language arts teacher told his parents during a parent teacher conference, “Joe should stick to show business, because he’s never going to amount to anything as a student.”
